How your books are printed, shipped and what to do if something is wrong.
Printing and shipping
Each book is printed when you order it, then shipped to addresses in the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Damaged or misprinted books
If a book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund.
Other returns
Because every copy is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If you have a question about a title before ordering, use the Look inside preview or contact us.
